On PC, Using console command set MS04ArmorLevel to 45 and returning to Kent can fix this. If you complete the quest after reaching level higher than 45, Kent won’t offer any upgrades until you reach level 100. How long does it take for Kent to upgrade silver shroud armor? Me personally i didnt kill her because i have no need for caps i get enough already but if you do kill her there will be 500 caps in a drop box for you outside goodneighbor. After you kill the one chick she has the contract to kill her. She is an optional kill contract from doing the silver shroud mission. If you haven’t done that, go do it-it’s a cool quest and the reward is worth it. The armor itself is obtained as a reward for completing the Silver Shroud sidequest. Here’s something I found out last night: You can upgrade your Silver Shroud armor, which helps it scale along with your character. Then you can give it to bartender to wear. Yes, complete the quest and you get to keep it all. Most of the unique clothing options (Silver Shroud outfit, Minuteman General, etc) can’t be modded with ballistic weave. Can you put ballistic weave on silver shroud? It’s not possible to add ballistic weave onto the vault suits until after you unlock the ability in the relative quest(s).
If you are friendly with the Institute, you can just trot down to the bottom floor and pick up your armor. Of course, once you get to the abandoned shack, you’ll find that it is actually a military installation filled with synths. The Institute Paint Job can ONLY be acquired if you side with the Institute at the end of the game – at which point its Paint Livery is added to the Mod Menu at any Power Armor Crafting Station.
